Booking & Scheduling

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date is available. For large events such as quinceañeras, weddings, or corporate parties, booking 4–8 weeks ahead is ideal. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon — contact us at (915) 781-5424 and we'll see what we can do!
Booking is easy! Simply visit our Events Booking page, browse our food bars and entertainment services, add the ones you'd like to your booking cart, and submit your inquiry. Yes! We understand that event planning can evolve. We're happy to accommodate changes to your service selections, guest count, or event date as long as we have sufficient notice. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event can typically be rescheduled at no additional charge. For cancellations within 7 days of the event, please contact us directly to discuss options — we'll always try to work with you.

Our Services

We offer nine signature food bar experiences: Strawberries & Cream Bar, Strawberries & Chocolate Bar, Candy Bar, Mini Cakes Bar, Individual Bundt Cakes, Chilaquiles Bar, Fruit Bar, Flauta Bar, and Snack Bar. Each bar is set up beautifully with all necessary serving equipment and is staffed by our friendly team throughout your event.
In addition to our food bars, we offer two popular entertainment services: professional Face Painting and Clown for Hire. Our face painting artist creates stunning designs for guests of all ages, and our clown brings laughter and joy to birthday parties, school events, and family celebrations. Both services can be booked alongside any food bar for a complete party experience.
Absolutely! Many of our clients combine two or more services for a truly spectacular event. A popular combination is the Strawberries & Cream Bar + Candy Bar + Face Painting for birthday parties, or the Fruit Bar + Mini Cakes Bar + Clown for Hire for quinceañeras and family celebrations. Use our Events Booking cart to add as many services as you'd like and we'll put together a custom package for you.
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Many of our bars — such as the Fruit Bar and Strawberries & Cream Bar — are naturally gluten-free friendly. For specific allergies or dietary restrictions (nut allergies, dairy-free, vegan, etc.), please let us know when booking and we'll discuss available accommodations. We always recommend informing us in advance so we can prepare safely.
Our standard service duration is 2–3 hours, which is ideal for most parties and events. For longer events such as weddings or corporate gatherings, we offer extended service options. Please discuss your event timeline with us when booking and we'll tailor the service duration to fit your needs perfectly.
Our team handles everything — setup, service, and breakdown. We arrive early to set up your food bar beautifully before guests arrive, staff the bar throughout the event to keep everything fresh and tidy, and then break down and clean up afterward. All serving equipment, display stands, and decorative elements are included. You simply enjoy your event!

Event Types

Sweet & Sassy Party Planner serves all types of celebrations in El Paso and the surrounding area, including quinceañeras, birthday parties (kids and adults), baby showers, bridal showers, wedding receptions, graduation parties, corporate events and office parties, school carnivals and fundraisers, holiday parties, anniversary celebrations, and family reunions. No event is too big or too small!
Yes! We set up at both indoor venues (banquet halls, event centers, homes) and outdoor locations (parks, backyards, patios). For outdoor events in El Paso's warm climate, we recommend shaded areas for our dessert bars to keep everything fresh. Please mention your venue type when booking so we can plan accordingly.
We serve events of all sizes — from intimate gatherings of 20 guests to large celebrations of 300+ people. Our food bars are designed to be scalable, and we'll adjust quantities based on your expected guest count. Please provide an estimated headcount when booking so we can prepare the right amount of food and staffing.
Yes! We work with any venue in El Paso and the surrounding area. We coordinate directly with your venue to ensure a smooth setup. All we need is access to the setup area approximately 1–2 hours before your event begins. If your venue has specific vendor requirements or restrictions, please let us know in advance.

Our business is based at 718 Myrtle Ave, El Paso, TX 79901. We are a mobile food cart and entertainment service, meaning we come directly to your event location anywhere in the El Paso area. We primarily serve the greater El Paso area, but we do consider events in nearby cities such as Las Cruces, NM and Ciudad Juárez, MX on a case-by-case basis. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area. Please contact us to discuss your specific location.

Pricing & Payment

Our pricing varies based on the services selected, the number of guests, and the event duration. We don't list fixed prices online because every event is unique and we prefer to provide a personalized quote. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp for payment. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. Please contact us at (915) 781-5424 to discuss payment arrangements for your specific event.

Our quotes are transparent and include setup, staffing, and breakdown. Food Quality & Preparation

Yes! All of our food is homemade with love and care. Our strawberries and cream, tres leches cakes, mini cakes, bundt cakes, chilaquiles, flautas, and all other menu items are prepared fresh using quality ingredients. We take great pride in the homemade quality that sets us apart from other catering services in El Paso.
Everything is prepared fresh for your event. We prepare our food items on the day of or the day before your event (depending on the item) to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. Our team arrives early to set up and ensures all food is at its best quality when your guests arrive.
Absolutely! We love personalizing our bars to match your event theme, color scheme, or flavor preferences. Whether you want a specific color palette for your candy bar, custom flavors for your bundt cakes, or a particular presentation style for your strawberry bar, we'll work with you to create something uniquely yours. Yes, always! We use fresh, ripe strawberries and seasonal fruits in all of our fruit-based bars. We never use frozen or pre-packaged fruit. The quality and freshness of our ingredients is something we're very proud of, and it's one of the reasons our clients rave about the taste at every event.
