Our Flauta Bar brings the irresistible crunch and homemade flavor of authentic Tex-Mex flautas to your celebration — golden, crispy rolled tacos filled with tender, seasoned meats and served with all the delicious traditional accompaniments.
Flautas — also known as taquitos or rolled tacos — are one of the most beloved dishes in Tex-Mex cuisine, and our homemade version is crafted with the same care and tradition that makes them so special. We roll each flauta by hand, filling them with our slow-cooked, homemade fillings: tender shredded chicken seasoned with traditional spices, richly flavored seasoned ground beef, or a savory potato and cheese filling for a vegetarian option. Each flauta is then fried to a perfect golden crunch that gives way to a deliciously tender filling. Our Flauta Bar is set up with all the traditional accompaniments — homemade guacamole, fresh pico de gallo, Mexican crema, shredded lettuce, cotija cheese, and two homemade salsas — so guests can customize their plate to perfection.
